Thanks for the cand c's for my previous upload and to NDOD's for the user award, I'm very grateful. Some shots of an anemone from a bunch of flowers, taken outside against a white wall.

4 excellent macros of this richly toned anemone, Sylvia: having looked back and forth through all four, I am hard pressed to choose a favourite but possibly V 3 with all the raindrops on the petals might just make it by a whisker.

Ooohhhh ... so beautiful!!! Such clarity combined with soft velvety petals, superb colouration and pin sharp! Of all of the variants, I prefer V1 which shows off the beauty of the anemone perfectly. If I was going to be picky, I'd say that the post processing to blur (presumably?) the background has encroached very slightly on the stamens top right, so they're not quite as sharp as they could be, but I don't know what constrictions you had and what had to be done 'behind' them? (Sorry, ability to string a sentence together this afternoon seems to be going south ... Sad)

Four great images Sylvia, but your first choice is my first choice - superficially simple, but actually compositionally and technically superb.
