Something a bit different for me. I've been experimenting taking some close-ups of my husbands and my guitars. inspired by this months challenge and competions. I should really have dusted my guitar first, I didn't see all the dust till I'd uploaded the shots. Comments as always very welcome

Glorious close ups, a bit of dust does not harm the sound. You have given me ideas.

Some very interesting compositions here. I think v1 is a taken at a great angle, and v5 is quite unusual, though might have had more impact if the diagonal was stronger as in v1
Excellent collection

Good close up and, to me, the dust adds to the shot.

I love all of these, including the dust! Adds a kind if 'film grain' to the feel of the images......................you should have lied and said it was a rare Photoshop 'plug-in' that you purchased at great expense!!
Great Work!
kind regards,
Robin

A nice series of shots with some excellent detail. Some are a little harshly lit for me, but a great collection nevertheless.

I get back to do some mods on theses shortly.

I've often thought of doing something like this with my guitar which is standing in a corner, but not been really inspired. All I've done photography wise is Aging Rocker, uploaded last December, but it's not a close-up. Don't think my Fender electric guitar's bits are as ornate or interesting as your guitar bits!
I really love this set, Sylvia - any dust I think adds to the images. Couldn't pick a favourite if I had to, I love 'em all. Excellently done and very nicely processed, too. One for my favourites.
