Taken of a friend of mine. Was colour but decided to turn it into a sketch. not sure about the flash in the eyes. I think i have captured the face detail very well. Feel free to coment

A good result. Looks like a pencil drawing.

This works very well. There is nothing wrong with the eyes, in fact you have very good catchlights in them. Andy

Thank you all for your votes and comments. to answer ian's question. I have learnt this sketch work and must say still learning,from one of the technique videos on this site by mama shan very good video.Thanks for the votes keep them comng.

Tony, if you ask me personally... I think you have executed very well! Flash looks quite natural in eyes to me.... I like sketch work.
