Where is the hat ? You are a typical woman Mavis.Full of promises, then you fail to deliver the goods. My wife just bought herself a new hat with all this cold weather we are having. It is like the one Paddington Bear wears and she was delighted when I told her it suits her to a ''T''.I got a new jacket from Santa with a big furry hood. That keeps my head and ears nice and warm, although I do look like Kenny from the telly programme Southpark.I do mind that so much, just as long as no one shoots me.When I worked in the railway,I always had arguments about hats. When we were working on the track we had to wear hard hats. They were useless for keeping your ears warm and I would rather have worn a nice thick wooly one to keep my ears warm.Health and safety dictated you must wear a hard hat and not a wooly one.I argued that a hard hat would be useless being skelpt by the 13.56 from Aberdeen at 100 mph.Not much protection there I would think.I thought I found a compromise by wearing my wooly hat under my hard hat,but that was no good either.I was told that with my wooly hat over my ears,I would not hear the 13.56 from Aberdeen coming.I just reckoned that there was more chance of my ears falling off with frostbite, than being skelp by the train from Aberdeen. But all my pleading to these railway bosses were ignored. They just fell on deaf ears !!
Mick.
Love the eyes!
A lovely portrait!

Quote: I like the set-up here with her hair on the one side and the headscarve on the other. A very photogenic young lady indeed. What's the colour version look like? Apart from being colourful of course ![]()
Well yes colourful, This is how it was.
I'm just chuffed to get your vote.
v2 is my favourite of the two - I like that space to the right of her

It is so nice to see these girls growing up and getting more beautiful from day to day! This is a brilliant portrait. V2 is my choice today.
Johanna
I like both versions Mavis but it is the colour version for me too
