A few shots from today. Nice weather, sunny, a little cool.

All mono, shot using the cameras mono, Jpeg, crop and straighten only.

Look for the Moon in V4.

V2 is my favourite. Then V1. Your little camera takes very good mono images.

Lovely set Willie. Like your candid shots, and yes the moon is out, just.

I love the two vacant chairs in the foreground of the image ... it makes me want to walk forward, sit down and order a coffee and cake Smile

V1 sets the mind racing, but love V3 for the simplicity and the architecture SmileSmile

They are very good mono work. I remembered that I'd heard a kind of saying that 'never shoot mono with digital, because the colour one can get better mono.... 'I just wonder if you have ever compared mono directly from camera with mono converted from colour.

From this particular camera, the mono is superb using the cameras mono mode. The camera is made to be used as a b&w street camera. A converted colour doesnt come close. But this camera is unique in this way, so for most cameras use colour and convert.
