The last of this weeks little series a lovely Blackbird that wanders freely throughout my garden with his dear lady friend. The image was captured on what can only be described a a 'sodden' day, so plastic bags and wellies were the order of the day.
A huge thank you to you all for your most welcomed comments and messages following yesterday's upload of the rather puffed up Collared Dove, who for some reason has not been back to my garden since the photograph was taken "maybe he or she is camera shy?"
I hope that you have a great day ahead, as for me I am of to the big city to see a consultant.
Take care and remember the Christmas Clock is ticking.

A dear little Blackbird well taken. Nicely detailed. He won't have minded getting a bit rain-splattered with his food supply at hand - I should say 'beak'!!!

A splendid shot of this handsome **** blackbird Nathan, very nice indeed. I'm sure the Big O will give you a rendition of "Blackbird I'll ave ee" by the Wurzels if he's suitably cidered up when he views this one!
I used to have a Blackbird that woke me every morning bit I havn't heard him for ages. He looks a dandy Nathan.
