Santa's are getting younger and younger - like policemen. Not a good look. Or is it me getting older? 
I like the person to the far right with the silly hat on, although I expect it's lovely and warm.

I wondered when I saw this if it was you or the boy the Santa was looking at. But either way it works. You've also caught the eye of the lady on the right. I like it when I'm shooting street if at least one person has caught my eye - it seems to make the image more engaging to the viewer - well imho it does
