the processing on the face stops within a nano-micro-stroke of too much. You could not take it closer to the edge, not a single mouse-click more! And it all works. Well done.
As for the catchlights, both versions work, so it's a matter of personal taste. I think I prefer the version without because it's not a highlighty image and those eyes are excellent without the slight distraction.
Excellent image!
