A Crocosmia in my dad's garden, taken at the weekend. I think it's got a very 'female' feel to it, hence the title (and I also couldn't think what else to call it!).
This looks a lot more muted than it did before I uploaded it - don't know whether it's something that happens in the upload process, but the reds and greens were more vibrant beforehand. Hey ho
Never bothered about "womens' lib," but I hope you're not saying that we bow our heads to the almighty male? Only joking. Nicely composed shot.
A rather beautiful floral display, superbly captured.
Lovely capture well presented.
excellent composition and you are right about the female touch.
I personally would have called it "Trumpet fanfare" nice one! I know what you mean about the colour! perhaps you should increase the colour first and see if any difference then, regards Leon.
Gorgeous colors and details, and i agree with You about the "female feel", looks like a uterus, with many Fallopian tubes.
The composition is excellent and the bokeh is creamy, very agreeable.
Also, stunning images in your PF, thanks for share;
