Very nice TanyaH - there is definitely something about not fiddling with things - though a lot would disagree with me.
Love the colours and shades of green. I know you didnt fiddle with this but Id have cropped a wee bit off the foreground field, not much though. Very nice photograph.
Another beautiful one .. I love how you've captured the 'muscles' of the landscape .. and the light is superb ..
I've never thought of a landscape as having 'muscles' before, but can see what you mean Suzi.
John, I agree about the crop but quite liked the balance it created with the curves of the gulleys behind.
Nightowl - thank you. Much as I love to fiddle sometimes, I try to compose the final image in the viewfinder as I see it, but it doesn't always work out that way!
Would this be Yorkshire Tanya? A great image . I too like "unfiddled " images but usually they need a crop or somthing .. I have two recent ones that are straight )
Hi Mavis - it's not Yorkshire, I'm afraid. I took this in the Lake District (where else!) ... I spotted it while on a bimble towards Watendlath (somewhere around the Keswick/Braithwaite area, I believe). Thank you for liking it.
lovely pleasing landscape..
