Scan of a colour slide. The original had a very heavily polarised sky, and it just looked too OTT. So I desaturated it and played with the channel mixer.

Echo the above and very nicely presented too! I have something similar in my negs Tanya, not quite as powerful as yours, but I'll hunt it out.

I’m not usually a fan of frames, but this one really works and tones nicely with the image. Lovely work Tanya

This looks like a high quality bonsai, classic 'root over rock style'. (My other hobby.) Brilliant photo.

Thank you all for your comments. I actually loved doing this one and prefer it in B&W than in colour.

What a striking image! Very dramatic. The composition just reaches out and grabs me. I would also be happy to hang this on my wall.

Another masterpiece from Tanya! I am a fan! Great composition, and works perfectly in B&W!

Can you e-mail me and tell me how you make that wonderful frame?

I love this one too. It works extremely well in B & W. Can't understand why only 4 clicks with all the positive comments. Did the system break down?

Thanks Hawk. This was uploaded way back in 2003 when the click system hadn't been in operation long, I think. After that, I wasn't around on the site much for quite a while, and have only recently become a regular again.
