The day I took this shot, every man and his camera were down at the dead old tree taking photographs. LOL
I liked the way the old tree stood out from the snowy landscape.

Firstly let me say that this is a lovely shot, sharp and full of colour.

Now, what would happen if someone sawed down that tree? it must be the most photographed tree in Britain!

I can see why it's a popular spot Louise. The tree does indeed figure prominently against the snowy backdrop. Nice composition and lighting.

Hopefully more snow at the weekend.
