First sight of Llyn Idwal after climbing up to the ridge somewhat later than the main group. It was worth the trek off the main path to experience the grandeur and the wonderful fresh air.
Nice composition. Works really well. Great shot! Ken
Its hard to imagine the scale of this place but I think you have captured part of it at least. The other part is behind you so its not your fault.
Love the rocks that lead you into the image Tel.
Real rugged beautiful landscape. JNC
Gorgeous scene, lovely colouring.
Nice shot, good composition.
Superb image taken under nightmare conditions - how you managed to get up there in that wind I will never know - but it was obviously well worth it
Cracking imnage Tel; love the low viewpoint, plus the lighting, colours and textures throughout the scene
Just as I remember it ... have a great weekend.
A good natural feel to this one Terry,
nice & natural...
Ray, it was exhilarating!
Great image Terry.
I like the foreground light and detail.
Thanks Robert; appreciated.
Nice image, well captured Terry.
Great capture of one of my favourite places.
A superb shot and view Tel
Great grandeur to this Tel. Like the comp., rugged and dramatic
Im sure i see a Teddy Boy behind that mountain top somewhere, magnificent shot
Fabulous foreground, like the light too.
Seeing this image, I can understand why you climbed up here, and it wasn't only for the fresh air.
Thank you all.
I'd have been extremely surprised to meet a Ted up there, Graham
Beautiful composition. Have a pizza.
Great landscape photography Terry, great composition with lots of interest.
Very nice Tel*
It's a rugged spot, even if it is only a few feet off the main track
Thanks Dennis, Johanna & Pete.
The trek up to that spot was well off the main track Pete, though it was close when we got to the top. We had soggy boots to prove it
Amazing shot! HDR?
Hi Mac; not HDR, simply adjustments in Elements 2.
Beautiful!! Fantastic colours & depth
