Lying flat in the grass with the camera on the ground, I was attempting eye level shots of an Otter feeding, at the BWC Lingfield, last Monday. This capture caught my eye (excuse the pun!) and it is I admit a bit ghoulish, but I just couldn't get over the way the camera picked out the "dinner's fishy eye" staring balefully at me! V1 is a cropped in close-up and V2 the original shot, slightly cropped.

Settings: F/5.6 1/500sec ISO160 manual@70mm handheld

Many thanks for your continued support - very much appreciated

Two stunning captures, Sylvia, what amazing luck that he had the remains still in his mouth! Your timing is perfect, as are the images. Carol

Its clear to see that the quality of the original image is what has enabled you to get that super close crop in V1 Sylvia- and what perfect timing. Wonderful capture.
