Great shot Sylvia. As a nipper I lived within 15 miles of Biggin during the war so I remmember seeing any number of the little 'uns. Did not realise then quite what they represented.

Great capture Sylvia. The designer of the Spitfire, Reginald Mitchell went to the same school as me (way before I was there I might hasten to add!). There was a spitfire prop and a Rolls Royce Merlin engine in the entrance hall!
