Another Great Spotted Woodpecker, lurking high up amongst the trees, awaiting his turn at the feeder. Taken yesterday in our garden.
Settings: F/5.6 1/250sec ISO400 manual @ 700mm tripod

Maybe a touch dark? It's excellent in every other way, though.

Fabulous capture Sylvia great angle of pose and like the diagonals and detail. On the MOD it has lightened it but has given it the dreaded halo.
Much prefer the original
