A Great Tit (Parus major) looking for all the world as though he is taking a bow, when he is actually just taking off to disappear! Taken in the garden the other day against that well-used red acer foliage background, which is now a soggy dull mishmash of matter on the grassSad (Do I hear sighs of relief? Grin)

Many thanks for your support of my last upload, with a special thank you to Dawn(DawnMichelle), Thair(wasper), Mike(Greyheron) and Ed(Glostopcat) for their generous User Awards - all much appreciated and valued Smile

A terrific takeoff shot Sylvia, you've timed this one to perfection. These bird shots of yours just keep on getting better and better. Your acer's leaves may have gone now but you can always do a "Tomcat" and substitute it with a faux natural background, I hear groundsheets from Next and bed sheets from Debenhams are just the job!WinkGrinTongue
