Dear Tepot..
thats a very fine work.. and stunning imagery and mood.. and your hard work has really paid..
I think the thing that might be slightly going against it are the skulls and skeletons.. which make it too objective and leave not much for the viewer's own imagination.. In any case i would have liked it more without them..

Really like the mood , that mist ties it all real well and a scene you get drawn into for ages.

Always subjective what gets left in or out of surreal , that's your licence.

Maybe have a think about the scaling and orientation of your composite parts for the next one , the skulls scale and birds placement relative to the size of the woman tree and castle.
