Description

While out doing some landscapes I came across this barn owl quartrering a field along the coastal route in Northumberland.
The light was coming and going and i was struggling to get a fix on the owl......and just at the right time some light broke through momentarily lighting up the owl for me

Super timing, lighting and colours - very fortunate to see these wonderful owls in the wild, let alone photograph them!
Perhaps a little over-sharpened? Just a thought.
