A stunning caterpiller captured perfectly. Love the shape of the butterfly, and the sharp detail in the caterpillar. I often find that the skin of Hawkmoth caterpillars often looks almost out of focus. I think the wierd texture reflects the light funny or something. This one looks stunningly sharp however!
The one at the top of my list of caterpilars I'd love to see! I understand they can squeek!
