A gloriously cold (-16 degrees celcius) sunrise over Rannoch Moor towards the Blackmount, Glencoe, Scotland.
All comments welcome.

Stunning image indeed !
"All comments welcome...". But what can you say?!?! I mean, when you're totally stunned......
well spotted and taken, fantastic capture
Thanks for your comments. It really was a special day. Just gutted I had to wait almost a year before I could scan it and share it.
I just love the whole construction, from the 2 stones in the forground ,and the tree gives a great sense of scale.
excellent wintery image!!!
My kind of temperature too
The world has turned a few times Thomas but quality still counts my friend, and this is high quality. Great burst of light across the tops while that tree sits in the freezer for a while.
So what did you eventually buy then? Nikon?
Great work and I expect to see great things, not that you've been putting up anything wlse.
Brilliant capture. Great composition and contrast.
Oh my what a sigh this is - one I would so love to see for real if only I could stand the cold
Thanks for your comments.
I went for the Nikon 9000 Dougie. Got myself a new website whilst I was at it although it will take me a wee while to get all my images on to it.
