I waited in the bitter cold for a flock of birds to fly across the sun and almost too late, they arrived! The ponies are very friendly and live there too.

Horses can adopt some very unphotogenic poses when you hit the shutter release occasionally. Not this time, you've got both in great 'attitudes' as the birds arrived and the sun goes down. Beautifully composed scene.
