That's ace.. that cloud look has the appearence of a wave rolling into the beach, excellent pic. I copied it to my desktop to have a little play in photoshop, hope you don't mind. I desaturated it a bit and knocked the hue up, looks quite cool, doesnt have the impact of your original though, nice work.
Lovely shot, the highly saturated, streaked sky is particularly effective.
Looking at it though I couldn't shake the feeling the alignment is off true by a very slight amount. It's difficult to judge because of course there's no clear horizon line to get a level from. At the larger resolution, going on the verticals of the buildings (there's little or no convergence, so you've done very well with the angle) I reckon a CC rotation of 1º about rights it.
I can't be absolutely sure - you'd be able to get a truer measure at the full resolution of your shot - what do you think?

Oddly enough I haven't touched the saturation with this image. I tweaked the white balance and added some unsharp mask, but that's it.
ChrisV - I spent quite a lot of time wondering about the alignment. I too can't shake the feeling that it needs anohter 1 percent, but then I thought maybe it was an optical illusion because of the height of the buildings on the left obscures the horizon.
So I'm not sure!
