its a good shot . but next time try and use iso 100 and try to use f/8.0 your lens is best about there, and you might have to turn of your IS as i think it has only the setting it don't have mode 2 for panning shots, now you got the bug try more sport !
good panning and shows great movement I think this is what you were aiming for and you have achieved the ultimate
