You're going in the right direction. Here's a thought. Try adding more "motion blut" (vertical) to the image. That might give you more of an abstract image. Before that, you could also make an adjustment layer, add some Gaussian blur (up to about 50 or so) and after you merge the images try the motion blur. See what happens.Best, Bill

I like what you're doing. It's a great (but sad) message. A gentle critique though? Drop the wording in the image. Select three (just a number) of the images and focus on the signs in each. You could call it Signs of the Times. More emphasis would then be on fewer images where we could read them (especially the one in the middle which be quite poignent but I can't read). Just some thoughts.Best, Bill

Rob,There are several things I like about this image: the subtle colors, the DOF and the off-center focus. I do think it could be a bit more in focus though and needs the highlights toned down a bit. Perhaps you need to get this part done when you take the shot to make a better image from the start. Keep it up though. I think your orchid studies are wonderful.
