Still practicing new techniques on mono conversions. This is something I've always had a passion for from the dark room days. Still finding it hard to master on digital, so all your criticisms are always welcome.
This particular photo was taken a while back from the North Yorkshire Moors.

Superb detail in this shot and very well processed. Great composition - this one has been thought out well on location and in the 'darkroom'.

You could have called this made for mono.

Whatever your techniques are Ian I would say your are well on track - moody conversion love it.
