Old Man's Beard
First, THANK YOU to Ann Chown, Brian Curtis and LynnJoyce for their much appreciated User Awards! and to all of you who stopped by to vote or comment! (made up for a frantic storm and a visit to the dentist!)
Some suggested a crop or leaving out the bottle---this I can do one way or the other, and I did make some new images of another bit of fluff and no bottle this afternoon. MAYBE I will post one day soon (unless I sense your are bored) ----- for today, a view from another angle.
Anyone curious about this seed head, size, etc. may look to the previous image.

Warmer light in this one Jenn and I really like how the light hits the edges of the seedhead. The bottle stays!

My only misgivings are the title, Jenn.
I am an old man and I have a beard. My beard looks nothing like this...I wish it did as this is far better than the thing on the end of my chin

I love the gold colour of this one, it's such a charming subject too.
