this is a rose called Blue Moon that i love. Taken in my dad's front garden after the rain shower had finished and the sun came out.
Thankyou to Hilary(Dolphinlady) for reminding me,this rose does only bloom once each year.

Every Rose has it´s Thorn, this is a beautiful rose enhanced by the droplets

Now THAT is some rose, Ann. Not just the exquisite colour (I love that ultrasoft pink!) but the sheer pillowiness of the petals too. So beautifully taken with those raindrops and the light is just enough to not burn out the details on the petals. By the way, I adore the framing Smile

This is so very beautiful Ann.
Wonderful detail to the petals which are set off by those raindrops.
Presentation is 1st class.
My brother-in-law has this rose, & he is so proud of it, but it only ever has the one bloom each year, so I have yet to get a photo of it worthy of this site.
