Dont know what this Helicon Filter has done with this, - would need to see the original. I suppose its a like it or not effect, and you like it. I do think you have a whole lot of sky you dont need, and the horizon can do with a small rotation, and Ive uploaded a cropped mod with noise reduced (introduced by processing I assume as you shot settings look good). The aspect ration is 7 X 5,

I think the vignette is a little heavy handed.
Helicon filter is a processing program, not a real filter!!
This just looks like a soft focus effect with some desaturation...I think a question of taste. Not really my cup of tea, but I'm sure some will like the painterly aspect of it.
