Very nice light Roger.
With the right light you can really go places.
The trees are lovely, especially the feathery branches at the top. The composition could be improved by focussing on a few of the trees if it is possible rather than having a band going right across the pic. It helps to provide a clear focus for the pic which your eye can rest on.
I am not sure whether the grain was added or is the result of a long exposure. Either way I think it detracts from the photo. You have that lovely soft light and the grain adds a harshness. I have uploaded a mod for you where I have softened the grain with my Topaz noise software.
