Yes, there seems to be two dog shapes, and some shadow-like trees. It would be a wonderful shot without these. If you have tried to combine 2 shots, and need some help with it, lets know. You can upload each one individually as modifications to this shot if you like.

I have loads of pics of my dog in the snow. Unfortunately, he's predominantly white! I think this would be nicer if it were virgin snow and a little brighter, but it looks like a lot of people walk this way.
It does have a double exposure feel to it, but I can't say why, I can't see it big enough right now.

I suspect two images at least here. The tones suggest tone mapping or even HDR. Having said that, the effect is quite good over all and there is no burn out. I think I might brighten the foreground just a little to add some impact and make the snow less grey.
