It is a nice shot, and a good find.
Good points made above, and in addition, I would provide some more height by adding canvas and cloning in some sky.
Ive loaded a mod with straightening, contrast, and re composition with more sky.
Hope this is of some help.

A wonderful subject, Roger, lots of texture and decay.
I think that the image would benefit from a bit more space on the right, which I have done in my modification. I also made a few adjustments in levels.
Did you change the sky, Roger? There are signs around the boat of something having been done, but I'm not sure what, and I don't think it's due to the HDR treatment.
