Lighting up time - Turkey

Just back from a week in Turkey.....hot! hot! hot!

Lovely hotel....

I've been on the All-Inclusive diet for a full week now and I stuck to it rigidly.

I look like I've smuggled a lilo back up my jumper

Anyway....after my mate Atherton raved about his new Canon G12 compact, I decided to get one to save carting my DSLR and all the lenses etc, and I have to say its a cracking little camera.

Its got lots of gizmos and gadgets which kept me amused for hours.

This was taken at sunset with the camera's 'colour accent' feature which lets you keep a selected colour and changes the rest to B&W. Saves a lot of faffing in Photoshop...although I still 'tweaked' it a bit. Cant help myself.

I'm still a Nikon girl at heart, but this is a cool camera and saved me lugging lots of equipment.
