After several chilly photoshoots in the Peak District over the last few weeks, I thought I'd have a change... so here's a still life done in the warmth and comfort of my own living room.
Several 'treasures' including my teddies from childhood and the contents of my Mother-in-Law's button tin which she was throwing out and which I begged.
Five shots processed in Photomatix then faffed with in Photoshop.
Tell me what you think...I'll take it on the chin.

Really like the subject matter....and the arrangement.
Great bit of processing and result ![]()
(one incy wincy niggle....I would of cropped or straightened the carpet pattern line on the bottom of the image....if you get what I mean
)

a good composition, i love the expression of the small Ted, the buttons work well to expand the area of interest and return the eye back upwards towards the Teddys, im sure you considered the arrangement for a long time, there is not enough of this sort of work done and its more favourable than sitting on Higger in the cold waiting for a sun that never comes,
mind you when it does come its worth it![]()
Phil.
may be a tad more saturation and brightness might lift it a touch, but hey, you may have given it a little blur, what do i know.
teddies look like they had played with a lot many years ago
love this way this has been done
the black around the side ?
still good shot will thve to get back into put photos up soon
chris
There is a charming almost vintage feel to this image, lovely processing, well set up shot, teddies have that much loved and played with appeal, which makes the shot appealing too.
I agree with Alley Catz, I may have straightened up the line on the carpet at the very bottom of the frame, but thats just a wee niggle and easily sorted.
