The composition is very effective. Great eye contact, nicely lit and good strong colour. If I was being really picky, I find the hair around her ear a bit of a distraction, and also at her nape.

I like this comp a lot, and it lends itself well to a B&W mod, which I have uploaded, hope you like it.

There are a number of blown out areas on her face, - perhaps deliberately going for high key?

@banehawi - yes, purposefully blown out for an ''almost but not quite" high key effect. I thought it suited her expression and the composition.

@colin - stray hair, I missed that, thanks for pointing them out, I'll watch for them on my next shoot so I can fix it 'in-camera' Wink
