It was a stocking but the top was not looking right so I shot it like this
Thanks Andy. On Flickr i get hundreds of views and likes, similar on 500px. It doesn't worry me, photography - indeed all art- is subjective. I'm happy enough to make a sound living from doing something i love and sharing some of it on here.
Thanks guys, not bad from a compact! (although i think it's the best compact on the market at present)
Agree on the bra strap but she was not a pro model and didn't want any topless stuff. I know when not to push it. She liked it and bought it, all i wanted.
Haven't used EXR yet, not sure i understand it fully. The camera is a little gem and it means i have something small enough to take anywhere but capable of quality results. Money well spent i think.
Thank you for the compliments.
It's an egg!!
Damn! nearly got away with it.
Tasted goood though.
Camers geek - frame it!
Never even thought of it, it's not something i do as a rule.
Can't win em all!
The sky you could see was plain white and boring despite the great clouds in the reflection. I have to admit that i've done better jobs of sky replacement and will work on this one again.
In all honesty it was a snap shot. just in the right place at the right time, of course when i'm famous i will tell of how i sat for days waiting for the right light etc..
Like it. Would look even better if you managed to get rid if the stray hairs around the eye
Ula in my heart..
Thats the thing about street photography I suppose. If i'd tried to get it any better (for want of a better word) I'd have missed it altogether.

Cheers Steve. There is detail in the right (as you look at it) eye although it doesn't show on here.
thanks guys. The original is brighter, it seems to have lost a bit of brightness here
Thanks for that. Guess it just doesn't float everyone's boat.
Unfortunately this was the largest size i was able to upload, let me play and see what i can do.
There is a larger version on another site beginning with f but i don't want to upset epz by posting a link (i like this forum too much)
Love this shot.
nice to see this one getting some response. Yes it is Anglesea. My ex wife held my ankles while i hung off the cliff to take it, good thing we still got on at that time!
I did a 3 week outward bound course based on Eskdale way back in 1986. This picture has stirred up some wonderful memories of the best holiday I ever had, hardknot pass is a fantastic place.
