This illustration of a Canada Flag was captured a while ago, and I don't remember when but as it's now 1st July 2013 in England I am uploading this flag. Thus my first flag since I was born in Hamilton, Ontario (Canada) on the 13th August 1966 and such I think of Canada as the country of my birth and my parents where born in other lands.
The post processing techniques where opened in Camera-in-the-RAW and fixed the WHITE parts of this flag to be WHITE and then opened in Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and from their resized to 401 x 600 px and then applied the UNSHARP MASK till I liked the results and then saved as JPEG for upload this site and a break from the TALL SHIPS in my hometown of Hamilton, Ontario (Canada.)
Canada Day is the national day of Canada, a federal statutory holiday celebrating the anniversary of the 1st July 1867, enactment of the British North America Act, 1867 (today called the Constitution Act, 1867), which united three colonies into a single country called Canada within the British Empire. Originally called Dominion Day (French: Le Jour de la Confédération), the holiday was renamed in 1982, the year the Canada Act was passed. Canada Day observances take place throughout Canada as well as among Canadians internationally. Canada is now made up Provinces and territories with the Provinces being Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and the Territories of Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
