Can't tell if this the mother or father MUTE SWAN but looked very cute with water drops all around her or him.

The techniques in camera was to zero in on the eyes, and in post processing open the RAW capture in Camera-in-the-RAW and used the BLACK part of this cygnet to fix colour balance, and then opened in Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and resized to 401 x 600 px, and then applied the UNSHARP MASK till I liked the results and last saved as JPEG for sharing with you all.
