This is one of many towers on a wind farm that is close to where I live - While I am all in favour of a green society I am not too enamoured with these monstrosities being erected on our beautiful landscapes - the are destroying our beautiful views and our places for taking beautiful photos. I live in Ireland and before they become a blight on our landscapes perhaps we - photographers - can do something to stop this so called GREEN INITATIVE becoming an unstopppable monster!!!!!!!!!
These particular towers are being built in a peat bog, where nearby they have created a landslide which has displaced one family - when is this desecreation of our landscape going to stop.
