Taken in the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

My girlfriend bought a pack of cigarettes from a small road side shop, where this grand ol' lady enjoyed the attention of the camera (or had just over-charged us for the cigarettes)

A fine shot Tommy ..... she looks quite a character plus there's loads of background detail to hold the interest. A good quality to the BW conversion too.

A wonderful portrait! Perhaps a bit dark — not under-exposed as such but there's not much in the highlights. For me, lifting the curves can make this even stronger.
