Saw this conifer plantation on the western shore or Thirlmere in the Lake District. The colours and almost graphical design of it reminded me of a tapestry.

Any comments or criticism welcome.

Nice shot Tony. The diagonal comp works nicely and the image has a very textured feel to it. I like the natural colours too. Not to in your face.
Definitely worth a look large!

Thanks for the votes and comments. I was on a small hill on the opposite shore of the lake about half a mile away from the plantation. Stunning views all round when the sun shone.
