A frozen spiders web on my garden fence proved to much of an opportunity to miss. Believe it or not this has had very little manipulation from the original. In a simple free program callled Picasa from Google using only the Focal Zoom slider, i placed the centre over the hub of the web and increased the blur. I like the watery movement of the lower web.
