Two things... Crop both left and right. Left to near the building. You will still have ample tree suggestions there. On the right to between the chimney and peaked roof. No need for upper tree presence on the right. These crops will reduce the plain part of the sky by half and bring your main interest forward.
 That's a late evening sky. For proper lighting you may have to revisit and take images in early morning light. Hope you don't live too far away.
These monuments to history that you have so many of, [and we have few of], are a rich storehouse of great potential images. I have seen whole masterpieces here on ePzine and a number of parts like stairways, doorways, windows and frames, and towers, All of them are rich with texture, history and good design. Lucky you! TG
