This is where they dumped old ships 40 and more years ago. Royston is on Vancouver Island BC. The old hulls have mostly melted away. There are homes for purple martin on the posts here and a full variety of sea birds and shell fish. The salt water is now iron rich.... Is that good? Seems not to affect anything.
Most of the short posts have been removed by the logging company who used this as a log boom area. Ten years ago when log booms were here they were covered solid with noisy sea lions. They have since moved south to Fanny Bay. BC.

Thanks, and two have mentioned the sharpness. The lens on the humble Kodak Z915 point and shoot is listed as Kodak Retinar, yet I suspect it's a German made ziess or similar high quality optic. Got my money's worth on this little pointer camera. TG
