Hi everyone and hope all are ready for there weekend! Well Thanksgiving is great as Bridget gets flowers and i get willing subjects to photograph so a series on a gerber daisy that really had beautiful color and its petals with nice patterns! went for a close up on the petals,little angle and bounced the flash. oh well trying different shoot modes to see what i get. well let me get it back in the vase before Bridget finds out that it's missing,lol!

Shoot mode: night scene program
Shut speed: 0.8
Apeture value: 5.6
Metering mode: Evalutive
Focal Length: 80mm @ macro set
Whit Balance: auto

nice crop and close up.... dont put it back though... have the camera ready and grab a shot of the wife,hands on hips,huffing at where her flowers gone!?!... Wink

perfect!

virtually no one else would've seen the steps in this flower, and then present it in such a way as to accentuate them.
the green in the BG works very well too.
