Clear nails would enhance the class of this image.

John, her left arm folded in and a crop at the side of the couch would make a better composition. I am not keen on the floor behind the couch.
The wall and rest of the model looks lovely.
I also like the reflection of light off the couch leather.

I would just loose a bit of the background above your head. Its a nice image and I feel it will have more impact from your face with less white behind you to compete with. A tighter crop in other words.
