I think it's pretty good too. Not sure what I'd change, one might say the skin is a tad smooth but having said that you don't want a picture of a pimple!
Superb processing here and to fair a result that surely improves the actual skin colour, texture and tone, the model must surely be pleased with this.
Compositionally I feel that a little more space needs adding to the RRS to take the eye line further left. The junction of the eyes is presently in the right half and if it were in the left side I believe it would make for better viewability.

hi.
great bit of composition and processing, a highly stylised well colour balanced image.
simple, uncluttered, clean and vibrant with a smashing expression and a beautiful diagonal across the bright sharp eyes.
thats my only critisism, the highlights look a bit oversized and more like blown blobs, id have sooner seen a reflection in the iris than the pupil. could be made smaller and less attention grabbing.
that mouth is top dollar

Hi Tracey,
Overall a decent shot. I agree with Phil re the size of the eye catchlights.
The image has a cool, slightly blue tone, so white balance can improve this for a warmer appearance. Calibrate white balance with studio lights using a grey card, and use this as a reference for WB correction when processing RAW files.
Though it appears bright, its underexposed a little.
The crop can be a little tighter to improve placement of the near eye closer to a third.
The vignette is not needed, - looks better without it.
Ive loaded s mod with all of the above for your review.
Hope this is helpful,
regards
Willie
Thank you everyone for your comments, I really appreciate your time in both looking and my image and suggesting ways to improve it. Now that the size of the catch light has been brought to my attention, I can see what you mean so will have a go at making these a bit smaller. Thank you again for your valid comments, of which I will take on board.
Best Wishes

Great portrait, Tracey... love the expression, makeup and coloured hair as well as the crispness of the image and the subtle vignette.
Just be careful when you get the model to look straight at the lights, as you can tend to lose the subtle contours in the face and the catchlight replaces the pupil in the eyes. Having the model look slightly more to her right could have made this slightly better.

This is a fine portrait and I comment having looked at your later one too. Composition and technique absolutely spot on. I would change little but make two points. The eyes are just a touch sharper in this one than the later version, not that the later one is a problem, and I wish this one had the eye contact the other does.
On another point and my hobby horse - everyone comments on this, a superb image, to say how good it is. This is a critique section, why not comment on others that actually need help?
