Another shot taken at our stop in Tighnabruaich, but a couple of hundred yards further along from the where my previous upload was taken. Someone kindly came along dressed in red to add a splash of colour! Smile

Red to me is a no no but on this occasion Trev it works to lead the eye into the frame, once again process is superb.

That's a lovely capture of the sea, it has a real feeling of ebb and flow.
Oh and I do like the figure in red too.

There is something to be said for the winter colouring as this shot shows, Trev, and as you say the appearance of the red jacketed walker allows a focal point as one eye travels along the seafront. Then you follow on beyond to the distant hillside.

Ronnie.

An excellent composition, Trev, and what a wonderful situation for those houses, too. Carol

I love the figure in red, and I love red Smile A wonderful peaceful capture. As I said before, I love the ocean.

I just read this quote by Terri Guillemets today: "The color of springtime is in the flowers, the color of winter is in the imagination."

Exquisitely timed to place the high tide mark at your feet. Nice composition too.
As far as colour photography is concerned,
