Hope everyone is enjoying Christmas, this was taken on Christmas eve.
Today was the traditional Boxing day family hike (the ones you can't get out of ) to walk off the you know what and i just knew it was going to be great light and i wasn't disappointed. We had sun, cloud and a fantastic cloud inversion in the valley, it was amazing to walk along the cloud line with the sun burning through the mist spraying light amongst the trees.
Good job i took along my camera and tripod just in case !!.

Great capture, wished I lived closer to the Peak District. Nice light, great detail in the gritstone.

Spot on.

Regards.

Gavin

Lovely shot, Trevor. Pin sharp, with interest from front to back and really good tones. Smile
