I like the suns rays, where was this taken please?
Thanks for your vote Louise, the light was amazing lighting a field up in turn this is the only pic with two fields lit, other shots show only the top r/h side field lit plunging the fg into darkness. This was was taken from the small pull in directly below Higger tor on the B road to Hathersage.
Did you use photoshop to enhance it? I only ask because I am looking to replace Picasa?
I love the light you've captured in this beautiful Landscape image.
A fantastic convergence of light and landscape. Marvelous!
WOW! Love the light!
I agree the rays really make it - the late summer colours are effective too.
It reminds me of some of the photos Fay Godwin captued in the Pennines.
Glorious scene captured beautifully in wonderful light.
Beautiful light capture !
Thanks everyone for positive comments there was only usual light processing on cs5 the clouds were really dark so no exaggeration of light or clouds was needed. The lack of dynamic range on digital media helped though.
Heavenly, a most impressive image, and one which deserves many accolades...
I can see why you took this Trev ,wonderful catchments of light
Truly beautiful, what wonderful light. Ann.
Many thanks for everyones votes and comments. This has been the most popular photo so far and i was blessed again tonight ( Sunday) with the same light so will be posting more in the week.
